Apple iPhone | Still offers the most Satisfaction ever needed
No body can beat an Apple iPhone, yet again. While Android people keep bragging about how many devices are being sold every day to new users. But, Smartphone retention rate is incomparable to Apple’s , with 3/4 users saying they are satisfied with there iPhone.
Of course, numbers alone don’t tell the full story. This is never more obvious than when the retention/customer satisfaction polls are published. Despite falling behind in terms of sheer activations, Apple’s iPhone continues to be the People’s phone with 75% of users extremely happy with their device.
Samsung and HTC, Android biggest partners can only please 47% of android users, wheareas the lower half companies like LG and Motorola pleases on 40% people.
Despite Grabbing the Phone OS of the Year 2011 title Nokia can only muster 23% satisfaction, which is going to change as we can say. This low rate maybe due to the late launch and the time of survey combined. The once dominating Brand seems to lost its ground all through the course of the Smartphone Era, but come 2012 we say this is going to change. Nokia to us is a raging bull.
Now comes the Apple iPhone and RIM blackberry battle. We don’t neef much to say about this battle. Blackberry has only lost it with the problems in 2011. The BB servers going down. New alternates to BlackBerry messenger, for which Blackberry’s were sold for. iMessages (by Apple iPhone ), Whatsapp, Kakao Chat have nearly killed the Blacberry Messenger.
Then again, Samsung’s Galaxy S II (and more recently Galaxy Nexus) has been the closest competitor to the Apple iPhone, and if the Galaxy S III were to make an appearance, we’d certainly have an interesting – if not slightly predictable – slog on our hands.
